My 50th Moth Is A......

........Common Marbled Carpet Dysstroma truncata, which I just managed to photograph before it took flight. And the 51st moth species in the garden this year was a Cabbage Moth Mamestra brassicae, which was a bit more obliging in front of the camera.

In total there were 16 moths of 8 species, which was a bit better than Thursday nights measly haul of 6 moths.
