The First For Year Moths Keep Coming

So it was a much cooler night than of late, with the temperature dropping to 6.0°C. And with the lighter winds as well, which are now coming from the north-west, the moth numbers in the trap looked a bit better than the previous nights poor return. Todays count was 22 moths of 10 species

The one thing that does keep happening, is when I check the moths, there always seems to be a first for the year species in amongst them. Today's moth was a *Light Emerald Campaea margaritaria.
