Eight Days On And........

..........it has been another week of very warm, dry and windy weather, I did wonder whether I would see anything new in the moth trap, especially after an impressive 65 species trapped on the 10 Jul 26.

Well I did and not just one but five more new for the year moths and a Lifer. So far I have ID'd 132 moths of 27 species. More to come tomorrow

Also in the trap were 20+ lacewings, 4 ichneumon wasp, caddis fly, a bug, 5 ladybirds and just 1 beetle.
