One of the 4 Kestrels around Portland Bill. Despite there being a lot of voles about, there haven't been any sightings of Short-eared Owls this Winter.

There are eleven waders on this rock. From what I can make out they are all Purple Sandpipers. But are they! The one bird I'm unsure of is the top middle bird, with the very white band around its neck. Turnstone maybe...

However these are all Purple Sandpipers and out of shot were 3 Turnstones.
